Dulce de Leche Apple Rice Pudding

Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup of jasmine rice
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped apple
1/4 dulce de leche gatsby chocolate bar
Toppings
1/4 dulce de leche gatsby chocolate bar
Sliced apples
Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice as indicated in the package.
Mix all the ingredients for the rice and cook in the microwave for 1:30 minutes in high, keep an eye to avoid it from spilling.
Let it cool down.
Add toppings and enjoy!
