Easy Aguachile Recipe

Serves 3-4
Ingredients
2 cans of Wild Planet Skipjack Wild Tuna
3 limes
1 cucumber
1 jalapeño
1/2 cup of Somos Green Enchilada Sauce
Garnish
1/4 cup sliced red onion
2 tbsp of Somos Mexican Chili Crisp
Serve with tostadas!
Instructions
Drain the liquid from the tuna and place in a bowl.
Squeeze in the limes and add the green sauce. Mix well.
Wash, peel and slice the cucumber.
Slice the jalapeños.
Serve the cucumbers and jalapeños in a bowl.
Top with aguachiles.
Serve in with red onion and Mexican Chili Crisp, and enjoy with tostadas!
