Cheese quiche, such a fun name don't you think? Or maybe is just me being silly, but one thing is for sure. This quiche is delicious and great for meal preps, so you might want to stick around for this one!


I have been all about baking, all the baking therapy... plus this is what I love doing on my free time. Cook, it runs in automatic and the days I don't they just feel weird!


Italian Sausage Quiche

No matter if you are not into cooking of baking, this recipe is EXTREMELY easy to make and a fail proof, nowadays it gets harder to fail a recipe with the right timer and oven. Thank goodness for technology, right?




Well, for this recipe we are using some simple ingredients that together work perfectly, when it comes to cream cheese how could we fail!? It always hits the spot no matter if the recipe is sweet or savory. This recipe is no exception.

Each serving has 11.4 grams of protein, so this is a great recipe to prepare for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even a protein snack! It's honestly delicious and I could just eat these straight up from the container.

  • Italian Ground Sausage

  • Eggs

  • Cream cheese

  • Bell pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Dried parsley

  • Sea salt

  • Black pepper

These really remind be of cream cheese stuffed pizza, don't know if you had those before but the cream cheese works like magic there and the combination of the Italian herbs and sausage is just DIVINE!

Easiest Sausage Quiche!

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the ground sausage, cream cheese, spices and eggs using a hand mixer.

  3. Add chopped bell peppers and tomatoes and fold with a spoon.

  4. Pour the mix into a greased 8x8 baking dish.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes.



This is also a freezer friendly recipe, so if you are traveling and you are those who like to have something ready to eat coming home, then, this recipe is a great option! Even for those days when we don't even know how busy life will be!

Thinking about my MD sister with this recipe! Great to have ready after a long shift or a busy couple of days of study... this is a great recipe to have on the fridge or freezer ready to reheat!



A great way to have these little squares of goodness is paired with a delicious fresh salad, roasted veggies or maybe some quinoa if you like it too! The ideas go beyond just a simple salad... my pro tip is add all the colors!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16oz) of Italian Ground Sausage

  • 4 eggs

  • 2/3 cup (150g) cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp of dried parsley

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
