Ingredients

  • For the Fruit Salad:

    • 3 cups of coconut yogurt

    • 2 cups of coconut whipped cream

    • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

    • 2 tsp of Mexican Vanilla Extract

    • 2 chopped apples

    • 1 cup of sliced grapes

    • 1 1/2 cup of chopped cherries (fresh or frozen)

    • 1 cup of vegan marshmallows

    • 6 crushed Siete Mexican Shortbread Cookies

  • For the Toppings:

    • Extra Siete Mexican Shortbread Cookies (crushed)

    • Pomegranate arils

    • Vegan marshmallows


Instructions
