Easy Parmesan Chicken Rice Bowl

Serves 2
Ingredients
Chicken
4 slices of chicken breast
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
Rice
2 cups of Minute Chicken & Herb Seasoned Rice Cups
1 cup of marinara sauce
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
Cherry tomatoes & Dried Parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Mix the gluten-free flour with seasonings and cheese.
Coat each chicken breast in the mix.
Place in your air fryer basket and air fry for 23 minutes at 355F.
Microwave both cups without the film for 90 seconds.
Mix the rice with marinara sauce (leave some for serving) and parmesan cheese.
Serve the rice with chicken, top with marinara sauce, cherry tomatoes and dried parsley.
