Okay, this french toast recipe is just so good that I'm just drooling at the moment, can't wait to eat another slice of it. With all the Christmas flavors and a delicious touch of eggnog mix and stuffed with ginger spice cashew butter... PERFECTION! Eggnog Gingerbread Stuffed French Toast

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients


Method

  1. Pass a baking roller to each slice of bread and add 1 tbsp of the ginger spice cashews butter on top of two slices of bread and top with the left slices.

  2. Cut the bread with a gingerbread man cookie cutter.

  3. Mix the egg whites, eggnog, vanilla extract, and monk fruit in a bowl.

  4. Cook in a coconut oil greased skillet 4 minutes each side.

  5. Top with white Rx Sugar maple syrup keto and enjoy!
