Ingredients

  • 1 St. Pierre Brioche Bun

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 3 tsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese

  • 1 piece of organic cream cheese

  • 1 toasted hash brown

  • 1 slice of cooked bacon


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, 2 tsp of everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour the egg mixture in, cooking until fluffy and fully cooked.

  2. Toast the Brioche Bun: If you prefer, toast the St. Pierre Brioche Bun for added texture and taste. Spread the cooked eggs on the bottom half of the toasted bun.
