  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 3 tsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese

  • 1 piece of organic cream cheese

  • 2 toasted cauliflower hash browns

  • 2 leaves of lettuce

  • 2 tbsp of Chosen Foods Everything Bagel Sauce


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole egg, egg whites, 2 tsp of everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the egg mixture until fluffy and fully cooked.
