Everything Bagel Cheese Curds

Serves 8-10
Ingredients
2 cups of Gardner's Wisconsi Cheese Curds
1 cup of unflavored whey protein (or low carb flour)
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 cup of egg whites
3/4 cup of everything bagel seasoning
Method
Add whey protein and seasonings in one bowl, egg whites in another bowl and everything bagel seasoning in another one.
Dip each cheese curd into whey protein then into egg whites and finally cover en sesame seeds.
Freeze for a couple of minutes.
Place in your air fryer basket and ayr fry for 13-15 minutes at 355F.
Serve, top with red pepper flakes and enjoy with your favorite dip!
