So brussels have been one of my favorite veggie lately, specially since it's not a veggie that I get my hands on all year long where I live. And since it's brussel sprouts season I'm making the most of it and exploding my creativity at it fullest.
This brussel sprouts recipe is a simple, gluten free, paleo and low carb recipe that will be great as a side dish or even by themselves. With a nice creamy touch of a chipotle crema, bacon bits and everything bagel seasoning.

Everything Bagel Chipotle BTL Brussels

Serves 4 servings
Ingredients
4 cups of sliced brussels sprouts
3 tbsp of chipotle (pureed)
3/4 cup of coconut cream
2 slices of baked or fried bacon (sugar free)
2 tsp of everything bagel seasoning
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp of black pepper
Method
Steam your brussels in water.
Mix the sea salt, black pepper, garlic with coconut cream and chipotle.
Mix the brussels with the chipotle crema.
Top with everything bagel seasoning and bacon bits.
Serve and enjoy!
