Everything Bagel Salmon Nachos

Serves 4
Ingredients
Salmon
1 whole piece of skinless salmon
½ tsp of garlic powder
⅛ tsp of black pepper
½ tbsp of dried Italian herb
Cottage Cheese Sauce
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning
1 cup of cottage cheese
Serving
1 bag of Sonoma Creamery Everything Cheddar Cheese Crisps
1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Place the salmon on a baking tray and add the seasonings.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F.
Blend the ingredients for the cottage cheese sauce.
Serve the cheese crisps in a bowl, top with cottage cheese sauce.
Add the cooked sliced salmon, everything bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes.
