Everything Bagel Street Corn Casserole

Serves 2-3 serving
Ingredients
2 Royo Low-Carb Everything Bagel
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/8 tsp of sea salt
2/3 cup of chopped roasted poblano peppers
3 tbsp of chopped red onion
2 sliced baby bell cheese
1/3 cup of Sea Point Farms Mighty Lil' Crunchy Corn in salted butter
Method.
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the egg whites with unsweetened almond milk and seasonings.
Slice the bagels and soak into the egg mix.
Transfer into a baking dish and top with onion, poblano peppers, corn and cheese.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Let it cool down, and serve. Enjoy!
