We are showing some love to all my S'mores and Ferrero Rocher enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the sugar-free marshmallows and a creamy spread made Nuzest Rich Chocolate Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) and some Nucolato chocolate hazelnut spread.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to see buns and S'mores another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus better for you. I have been trying to increase some fiber in my diet so the high fiber Hero Bread hits the spot to improve digestion as well.

Serves 1 serving


Ingredients

  • 1 Low Carb Bun (used Hero Bread)

  • 1 scoop of Nuzest Chocolate Rich Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of water

  • 1 tbsp of Nucolato Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of mixed berries

  • 5 pieces of Choc Zero Marshmallows

  • 1/2 tbsp of raw hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the pea protein powder with chocolate spread, alullose and water.

  2. Spread over a half slice of the bread and top marshmallows and raw hazelnuts.

  3. Roast with kitchen torch. And enjoy!
