Flying Dutchman Veggie Burgers

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Actual Veggies in Black Bean
1 large onions
1 tbsp of coconut aminos
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1 pinch of granulated monk fruit
Cooking Spray
4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
Burger Sauce (used Chosen Foods)
Lettuce (optional)
Instructions
Place the veggie burgers in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 18 minutes for 350F.
Slice the onion into 4 pieces.
Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the cooking spray into a skillet.
Place the onions on the skillet and top with coconut aminos, sea salt, monk fruit, pepper and garlic.
Cook until they look caramelized and golden, but not too caramelized.
Remove the onions from the skillet and place them on a plate for serving.
Top one half of the onion with the veggie burger, add lettuce, burger sauce and other half of the onion.
Serve and enjoy!
