The combination of these textures is just amazing! The touch of the pear and ginger jam makes these cookies perfect for fall, specially since we are adding the cinnamon. I enjoyed these alone and with milk, my sister devoured these with coffee... they are a picky eater pleaser!

Ginger Pear Crumble Cookies

Serves 8 cookies
Ingredients
Cookies
1 1/4 cups of gluten-free all purpose flour
2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of almond extract
1/2 cup of Granola Butter
1 whole egg
2 tbsp of nut milk
1/2 cup of Old Worlds Quality Foods Pear Ginger & Lime Jam
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients (except for the jam) and mix until fully incorporated.
Press part of the dough into 8 silicone muffin cups, leave some dough for topping.
Add a tablespoon of jam to each muffin cup and top with crumbled leftover dough.
Press gently and bake for 22 minutes.
Let them cool down and enjoy!
