Ginger Sesame Crispy Salmon Bites

Serves 4
Ingredients
Salmon
1 large piece of skinless salmon
1 tsp of ginger
1/8 tsp of stevia
½ tsp of garlic powder
⅛ tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1/3 cup of egg whites
2/3 cup of everything bagel seasoning
Miso Maple Sauce
1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp of miso paste
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of tahini
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Remove the skin of the salmon carefully. Cut the salmon into cubes.
Add gluten-free flour in one bowl, egg whites in another bowl and sesame seeds in another one.
Dip each salmon bite into gluten-free flour then into egg whites and finally cover en sesame seeds.
Place in your air fryer basket and ayr fry for 17 minutes at 355F.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Serve, dip and enjoy!
