About these Golden Milk Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls:

The dough if these rolls are simple and minimal; pancake mix, almond flour and greek yogurt. That is it. Simple and uncomplicated list of ingredients that make this recipe mostly fail-proof.

For the pancake mix I used Lakanto's pancake mix, that it's also gluten-free, sweetened with monk fruit and it only has 1 net carb per serving; plenty of fiber here too! I also used their granulated monk fruit it add the sweetness to these rolls. Discount code: PURELYHL.

Dreamy and creamy golden milk almond butter. For the filling of these cinnamon rolls I stuck with the classics; cinnamon and sugar (although I changed it to monk fruit to keep it low carb), but besides that I wanted to some of Sarai's Golden Milk Almond Butter.

Soft, but dense cinnamon rolls. The filling is just the creamiest and really brings up the flavor of the cinnamon. The dough is chewy and perfect to dip into your latte or to enjoy alone since the combination of flavors don't require more.

Melts in your mouth and the aroma of the rolls make you want to have a candle of this recipe!

You might want to save this recipe because a second batch might be needed here! I shared some of the cinnamon with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to bake some more.
