Golden Milk Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls

Serves 9 servings
Ingredients
1 cup of Lakanto's Pancake Mix (PURELYHL for discount)
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit (PURELYHL for discount)
Filling
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp cup of granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup of Sarai's Golden Milk Almond Butter
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough.
Add greek yogurt and mix well using a spoon, a mixer or your hands to incorporate the ingredients until you get a ball.
Spread a plastic food wrapping paper, about 50 cm.
Lay out the dough and cover it with another set of plastic paper.
Start rolling the dough using a kitchen roller.
Use the help of your hands to create a rectangular shape with the dough.
Once the dough is 15-20 cm tall and about 40cm long spread the fillings.
Create the roll from bottom to top and slice it into 9 rolls.
Place them in a greased baking dish or iron skillet.
Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Let them cool down and enjoy!
