Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (preferably homemade)

  • 1/2 small avocado

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp Koyah Organic Spinach Powder

  • 2 scoops of Equip Grass-Fed Protein in Vanilla (or vegan protein)

  • Sweetener to taste: stevia or a date
