Grinch Gut Friendly Brownies

Serves 9 brownies


Ingredients

Mint Glaze

  • 3 scoops of Terra Origin Healthy Superfood Greens in Mint

  • 1 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 2 tbsp of coconut milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the brownies.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Transfer the batter to a silicone 8x8 baking dish.

  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes.

  6. Mix the ingredients for the glaze.

  7. Once baked and cooled, top the brownies with the glaze and slice into 9 pieces. Enjoy!
