Halloween Loaded Cookies

Serves 6 large cookies
Ingredients
Cookies
1 1/4 cups of gluten-free all purpose flour
2 tsp of cornstarch
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of almond butter
2 whole eggs
Toppings
1/4 cup of halloween candy (candy corn and chocolate)
3 crushed gluten-free pumpkin cheesecake cookies (used Target brand)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 6 large cookies.
Add the toppings and press into the cookies.
Sprinkle some water into the cookies to avoid the toppings to burn.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let them cool down and enjoy!
