Hawaiian Roll Pumpkin Danish

Serves 3 cookies
Ingredients
Rolls
3 Hawaiian rolls
1/2 cup of homemade nut milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup (used this)
1 whole egg
Filling
3/4 cup of full fat organic greek yogurt
2 scoops of Marigold Collagen Peptides in Pumpkin Spice (PHL for discount)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
2 tbsp of Simply Delish Vanilla Sugar-Free Pudding (PURELYHL for discount)
2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
Brown Granulated Monk Fruit
Marigold Keto Candied Pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the nut milk with caramel syrup, cinnamon and egg.
Place the rolls in a small baking dish and cut and "X" over them and open it slightly with your hands.
Pour over with the nut milk mix and bake your soaked rills for 16 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the filling.
Once baked and cooled down top the danishes with it.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
