High Protein Mocha Halloween Gummies

Serves 2 big gummies
Ingredients
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of water
3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
1 tbsp of instant coffee
4 tbsp of grass-fed beef gelatin
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
2 scoops of Rise Chocolate Almond Grass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
Instructions
Let the beef gelatin in the water for 5-8 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Microwave the ingredients for 1:30 minutes in the microwave.
Dissolve the beef gelatin on the heated milk mix and pour into silicone molds.
Let it sit a couple of minutes at room temperature before transferring it into the refrigerator.
Unmold and enjoy!
