Nog Mix

Parfait

  • 3 cups Forager Project Dairy-Free Yogurt

  • 2 scoop Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein

  • 8 lady fingers

  • 3 tbsp granulated monk fruit

Toppings

  • Dairy-Free Whipped Cream

  • Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Forager Project Dairy-Free Yogurt, Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein, and granulated monk fruit. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Make the Nog Mixture: In another bowl, mix the homemade plant-based milk with instant coffee and Nutpods Holiday Nog until well combined.

  3. Layer the Parfait: Pour half of the yogurt mixture into individual tiramisu cups. Soak the lady fingers in the holiday nog mix briefly, then layer them on top of the yogurt.
