Coming at you with a brand new nutty bar that's going to knock your tastebuds out... in the good way! These easy, no bake and creamy fudges are perfect for seed cycling and as an afternoon snack with a delicious hint of chocolate and that good crunch from Magic Spoon Honey Nut Cereal.
Seed butter have become a very special and essential part of my lifestyle ever since I decided to include more nutrient dense foods to heal my acne and my hormonal imbalances. Sure, it was a long journey but it was totally worth it.
When it comes to reaching goals consistency is key, plus losing the fear of trying new things. And for my acne and hormones I tried a lot of things! My last hope has seed cycling besides some other lifestyle changes such as stress management, sleep and reducing toxic products.
Three years ago I started seed cycling and I'm not looking back! It was a great decision for my body since rotating seeds around my cycling just assures that I get those specific nutrients.
Plus it's also the excuse of making sun recipes just like this one right here! And guys, this one is truly epic!
Simple Ingredients!
Sunflower seed butter
Coconut flour
Granulated monk fruit
Unsweetened almond milk
Dairy free chocolate
Keto maple syrup
The combination of flavors just makes this recipe a whole new experience! Even by thinking about it makes my mouth all watery, I mean... chocolate + sunflower seed butter + honey nut cereal.
The dream team is here! Specially with my favorite cereal, AKA Magic Spoon. I have always been a huge cereal lover so having a low carb and healthier option has changed my life! Seriously.

This cereal does add a special nutty crunch and flavor to these bars. I enjoyed some of these as part of my evening snack and, oh boy! They are good and super easy to prepare as meal prep, afternoon snack, quick easy dessert or a grab-n-go sweet tooth crave killah'
Also as keto maple syrup I used my beloved Lakanto Maple Syrup, it taste amazing and it's sweetened with their monk fruit, also the one I love and trust for me baked goods because they don't leave me bloated or with that weird aftertaste.
