Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese

  • 1 pack of Schoolyard Snacks Protein Hot Chocolate

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream

  • 1 pack of Schoolyard Snacks Low Carb Peanut Butter Cereal

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate syrup

  • 1 pack of Schoolyard Snacks Keto Maple Pecans


Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese with monk fruit, vanilla extract, sea salt and protein hot chocolate.

  2. Decorate a cute glass with chocolate syrup and serve part of the cheesecake blend.

  3. Top with whipped cream, cereal and then more cheesecake blend.

  4. Add cereal on top along with keto maple pecans.

  5. Enjoy!
