Jalapeño Popper Meatball Sub

Serves 2
Ingredients
For the Meatballs
1 lb of ground turkey
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of taco seasoning
1/4 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
2 tbsp of chopped red onion
For the Sub
2 gluten-free sub roll (used Canyon Bakehouse)
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
2 roasted jalapeños
1/4 cup of roasted red onion
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs, create about 8-10 meatballs and air fry for 18 minutes at 355F.
Slice the rub rolls in half.
Spread the greek yogurt inside the rolls, stuff them with cheese, meatballs, jalapeño and red onion.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 385F.
