1 can of sustainable tuna
2 tbsp of avocado oil mayonnaise
1 tsp of taco seasoning
1/2 tbsp of dijon mustard
1/4 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/2 sliced jalapeño
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of fresh chopped cilantro
1 tbsp of cotija cheese
Instructions
Prepare the Bagel: Start by slicing the Royo Everything Low Carb Keto Bagel and toasting it in your air fryer or toaster for 4 minutes. This gives it the perfect crispy texture.
Cook the Jalapeños: Slice the jalapeños and air fry them at 350°F for 6 minutes. This step brings out their delightful heat and flavor.
Mix the Tuna: In a bowl, drain the tuna and combine it with the avocado oil mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic, taco seasoning, and dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed.
