Jalapeño & Lomo Ibérico Watermelon Salad

Serves 2-3
Ingredients
½ small chopped watermelon
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
1 sliced roasted jalapeño
2 tbsp of chopped chopped roasted onion
2 tbsp of low fat feta cheese
3 slices of lomo ibérico
Instructions
Wash and chop the watermelon and slice them.
Serve the watermelon in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
