Kiełbasa Peach Jalapeño Skewers

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeños

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 No Sugar Added Organic Pederson's Farms Kielbasa

  • 2 peaches

To Serve

  • Blue Cheese Dressing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350.

  2. Wash and chop the vegetables and peaches in large squares.

  3. Slice the kielbasa into large pieces.

  4. Start layering them on into skewers sticks.

  5. Bake for 28 minutes (you can also grill them).

  6. Serve with blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
