"Kinder Bueno" Baked Sweet Potato

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
1 medium size sweet potato
2 tbsp of Elavi Chocolate Fudge Cashew Butter (PURELYHEALTHYLIVINGBLOG for discount)
1 tbsp of melted white chocolate chips
1 tbsp of crushed raw hazelnuts
Instructions
Slice the edges of the sweet potato, poke it with a knife all round and cover in foil.
Bake or air fry for 35 minutes at 355F.
Once cooled slice it in half and add the toppings.
Enjoy!
