Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, some cottage cheese, of course, along with white chocolate and chocolate covered dates for that kinder effect.
About these "Kinder Bueno" Protein Brownies:
We are showing some love to all my kinder bueno and brownies enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the cottage cheese, a touch of white chocolate chips to add flavor and fudginess and some D'Vash hazelnut superfood bites as my personal touch as well, chocolate covered dates!

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some chocolate hazelnut protein pancake mix for the that great taste and texture, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, some cottage cheese and of course some of this fantastic magic of double chocolate; white and chocolate chunks of D'Vash hazelnut superfood bites. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see pancake mix another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some protein pancake mix in chocolate, cottage cheese, sugar-free white chocolate and to keep things sweet some RxSugar alullose, and for the topping of these kinder protein brownies I added these D'Vash hazelnut superfood bites.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat pancake mix and cottage cheese another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you. I have been trying to increase my protein so these are just the perfect snack, dessert or post workout.

"Kinder Bueno" Protein Brownies

Serves 9 brownie bars
Ingredients
Brownies
1 cup (100g) of chocolate hazelnut pancake mix (or regular one)
2/3 cup of RxSugar alullose
1 whole egg
1 cup of cottage cheese (blended)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
1/4 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
2 pieces of chopped D'Vash hazelnut superfood bites
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the brownies until fully incorporated.
Spread the batter into a silicone 8x8 baking dish.
Add the toppings and bake for 25-28 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
