Lavender Pistachio Cherry Cookies

Serves 8 large cookies
Ingredients
1 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of lavender coconut sugar*
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/2 cup (150g) of unsweetened yogurt
3 whole eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of sliced cherries
1/4 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
* Can sub for 3 drops of lavender essential oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 8 large cookies and place them on a baking tray.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Bake for 16 minutes.
