Lemon Blueberry Granola Muffins

Serves 12 muffins
Ingredients
2 cups of gluten-free flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 crumble Ready Nutrition Dark Chocolate Blueberry Granola Bar
1/2 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
2 whole eggs
1 cup of Ready Nutrition Light Lemonade
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of melted ghee
1 cup of blueberries
Toppings
1 crumble Ready Nutrition Dark Chocolate Blueberry Granola Bar
1/2 cup of blueberries
Sugar Free Glaze
1 cup of powdered granulated monk fruit
3 tbsp of almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the crumbled bars and mix well.
Incorporate the rest of the ingredients for the muffins.
Transfer to 12 silicone baking muffin cups.
Add your toppings.
Bake for 24-26 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Top the muffins with the glaze once cooled and enjoy!
