Lemon Blueberry Ice Cream Cheesecake

Serves 1-2 servings
Ingredients
Cheesecake
1 pint of Halo Top Salted Caramel Ice Cream
2 whole organic eggs
1/3 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
Sugar-Free Glaze
Whipping cream
Extra dye-free sprinkles
Toppings
1/2 cup of blueberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.
Pour the cheesecake batter over a small baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Let the cheesecake cool down.
Top with glaze, and blueberries.
Refrigerate for a couple of minutes for better texture and enjoy!
