Lemon Granola Glazed Donuts

Serves 8
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 cup of Artisana Organics Almond Granola
1/4 tsp of baking salt
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/4 cup of Artisana Organics raw cashini butter
1 cup of sugar-free vanilla greek yogurt
1 whole egg
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Glaze
1 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tbsp of almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the donuts.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Transfer the donut batter into 8 silicone donut molds.
Bake for 22 minutes.
