We are showing some love to all my cereal lovers... a childhood classic we all love! And since we are adding all the colors, these bars were named after the iconic cereal we enjoyed growing up... but healthier.
But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Magic Spoon fruity grain-free cereal and some creamy avocados that I will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!
Key Ingredients:
Adding some avacodo for our cream base and green color what will be giving us all the luck. I have been also obsessed with the combination of avocado and Magic Spoon fruity grain-free cereal, such a great way to add volume without too many calories, overall, the ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious.
Raspberry keto granola and white cholate chips and a delicious creamy avocado base, the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the granola here makes the avocado have a great contrast of textures that works perfectly. The cereal and white chocolate is just perfect, a combo hard to resist!
Melts in your mouth! It's soft and chewy, the avocado with the beef gelatin is just a divine combination for that creamy texture that doesn't melts like water but instead is more chewy, plus the drizzled chocolate and granola as topping is key to the flavor and fun of this recipe, just take these to the next level, makes them even harder to resist.
You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared some of the pops with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

"Lucky Charm" Avocado White Chocolate Fudge

Serves 9 servings
Ingredients
Base
3 avocados
1/3 cup of alullose
1 tbsp of beef gelatin
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Topping
1/3 cup of Keto Hana Raspberry Granola
1 cup of Magic Spoon Low Carb Cereal Fruity ("purelyhealthyliving" for discount)
1/2 cup of Let's Bake Belive melted white chocolate wafers
Method
Mix all the ingredients for the base and pour over a 8x8 silicone dish.
Top with the rest of the toppings.
Freeze overnight, cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
