Macaroon Girl’s Scout Cookies

Serves 6 cookies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/4 cup Artisana Organics Pecan Butter
1/4 cup of egg whites
2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
1/3 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven at 375F.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and create 6 medium sized cookies.
Let them cool in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
