Mango Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
2 scoops of ProFBR Mango Complete Nutrition Powder
4 tbsp of organic cream cheese
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of frozen mangoes
1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
Toppings
Mango
Whipped Cream
Instructions
Blend the mango (save some for topping), cream cheese, greek yogurt, almond milk and ProFBR Mango Complete Nutrition Powder.
Stuff the mangoes shells with the mix.
Top with whipped cream and mangoes.
