Mango Coconut Macadamia Bread

Serves 6 big slices
Ingredients
Bread
1 1/4 cup of oat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup of mango
2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp of chopped raw macadamia
2 tbsp of Artisana Organics Coconut Butter
Toppings
1/2 cup of chopped mango
2 tsp of unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp of crushed raw macadamia
2 tbsp of Artisana Organics Coconut Butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Heat the mango for the bread for 3 minutes to get it extra soft and easy to mix.
Mix all the ingredients for the bread and place the batter into a silicone loaf dish.
Add your toppings.
Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Let it cool down and slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
