Who else loves maple an cherries no matter the time of the year? Hard to resist this delicious combination of flavors with an in-between of fall and spring vibes since I created this recipe in that transition of the seasons... winning! Best of both worlds.


This recipe had an unexpected twist but it was delicious and you are going to love how easy these are to make, and your gut will do too since we are using beef gelatin and grain free cereal along with from gluten free and keto friendly pudding.

In this recipe we are using simple ingredients and nutrient dense. From hempseeds to the beef gelatin, protein and some gut love to the recipe...epic epic epic.

Maple Vanilla Cherry Pudding Bars

Serves 4-9 servings


Ingredients

Maple Layer

Cherry Vanilla Pudding


Method

  1. Pour the cereal for the vanilla layer in a bowl, add granulated monk fruit, beef gelatin and mix. Add the hot almond milk and mix well.

  2. Transfer to a silicone 8x8 dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  3. Dissolve the dark cherry jello with the water, add the vanilla pudding mix and almond milk. Mix well and the add the CBD drops.

  4. Top the cereal base with the pudding and refrigerate 4-8 hours.
