There are a lot of amazing ways to step up your nutrition game! From eating mostly whole foods, eating seasonal and incorporating nutrient dense foods, and of course, it's also important to create fun and delicious recipes to make this a sustainable lifestyle, that's a fact.
And when it comes to nutrient dense foods I love incorporating seeds into my diet, they are so versatile and back in the day I used eat them only on salads or alone. But the thing is that they are easy to incorporate and fun!
In this occasion these cookie dough cups are based on seeds! Two of my favorite seeds: flaxseeds and pumpkins seeds.
These two are packed with healthy fatty acids, zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin E and fiber. Finely grounded to create this fudgy and delicious cookie dough cup with a touch of holiday cheer and taste with that maple and chocolate combo.
They are such a great way to sneak in some seeds and nutrients into your diet or anyone who usually doesn't eat seeds. Because, who doesn't love cookie dough? I do love love love cookies and cookie dough, specially when it's this healthy.
