Serves 8


Ingredients

  • 1 Diestel Turkey Ranch whole organic bone-in turkey breast

  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of miso paste

  • 1/2 tbsp of chipotle puree

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • 1 sliced onion


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the miso paste, maple syrup, chipotle puree, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well blended.

  3. If desired, remove the skin from the turkey breast. This step is optional but makes for a healthier dish.

  4. Place the turkey in a baking dish, ensuring there’s enough space around it for even cooking. Surround the turkey with chopped tomatoes and sliced onions.

  5. Generously coat the turkey breast with the miso mixture, ensuring it’s evenly covered.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (measured at the thickest part of the turkey).
