Matcha Peach Protein Waffles

Serves 6 waffles
Ingredients
1 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)
2 tbsp of matcha
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
3/4 cup of Artisana Market raw almond butter
4 whole eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
3 tbsp of Artisana Market Coconut Butter
2 chopped peaches
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the waffles.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the waffle batter into your waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve the waffles with coconut butter and chopped peaches.
Enjoy!
