Mexican Cornbread French Toast Casserole

Serves 1-2 serving
Ingredients
Toppings
1/2 cup of canned corn (drained)
Glaze
1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tsp of unsweetened almond milk
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, butter flavoring, alullose and vanilla extract.
Soak the bread in the mix, transfer to a baking dish.
Top with part of the corn.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Let them cool, top with sugar-free glaze, more corn and enjoy!
