Mexican Street Corn Veggie Burger Bowl

Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 2 Actual Veggies in Black Bean

  • 2 cups of chopped lettuce

  • 1 sliced cherry tomato

  • 1/2 sliced avocado

  • 1/4  of chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp of chopped red onion

  • 2 tbsp of cotija cheese

  • 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes

  • 1 pack of Actual Veggies Purple Sweet Potato Fries


Instructions

  1. Instructions

  2. Place the fries and veggie burger in the air fryer basket.

  3. Cook for 18 minutes for 350F, (shake halfway there).

  4. Once cooked, serve on a plate with the previously washed and chopped vegetables.

  5. Top  cotija cheese, yogurt and red pepper flakes, enjoy!
