Miso Cherry Banana Bread

Serves 6-8 pieces
Ingredients
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1/4 tsp of baking salt
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/4 cup of miso paste
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of sugar-free vanilla greek yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of chopped cherries (fresh or frozen)
Sugar-Free Glaze
1 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, miso paste, greek yogurt, almond milk, bananas and mix well with the dry ingredients.
Add in the chopped cherries.
Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes and let them cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Let it cool down, top with glaze, slice and enjoy!
