Miso Crumble Blueberry Bread

Serves 8 muffins
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of gluten-free self-raising flour
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
3 eggs
1/4 cup of miso paste
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of vanilla cereal (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, miso paste and mix well with the dry ingredients.
Fold in the in the blueberries.
Transfer the batter into a loaf baking silicone dish cups.
Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down.
Let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
