Serves 8 large cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour

  • 4 scoops of Marigold Hot Cocoa Collagen Powder

  • 1/3 cup of cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking salt

  • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 2 large organic eggs

  • 2 tbsp of white miso paste

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp of sugar free white chocolate chips



Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cacao powder, cinnamon, sea salt, baking powder, baking soda, and monk fruit sweetener.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Incorporate almond butter, miso paste, eggs, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Blend until all ingredients are well combined.

  4. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips and white chocolate chips, keeping some aside for topping.

  5. Shape and Bake: Shape the dough into 8 large cookies and place them on a lined baking sheet. Top with reserved chocolate chips.
