Ingredients
Salmon Burgers:
2 cans wild-caught salmon
3 tbsp corn starch
1 whole egg
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp sriracha sauce
1 pack stevia
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sriracha sauce
Miso Sauce:
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp furikake seasoning
Assembly:
1 cup washed lettuce
2 slices mozzarella cheese
1 sliced tomato
4 thin slices red onion

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the salmon burgers until well-combined. Shape the mixture into 2-3 burger patties.
Preheat your air fryer to 355°F and air fry the salmon burgers for 16 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the miso sauce by mixing together miso paste, coconut aminos, mayonnaise, and furikake seasoning. Set aside.
