Ingredients

  • 1 pint of Klimon Morning Brew Dairy-Free Ice Cream

  • 4 brioche buns

  • 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

  • Coconut spray

  • 1 sliced banana

  • Fresh or frozen berries

  • 1 tbsp of crushed pecans

  • Maple Syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brioche: Begin by cutting a hole in the center of each brioche bun. This will create the perfect pocket to hold your delicious fillings.

  2. Add Flavor: Spread the coconut spray and honey or maple syrup evenly over the brioche buns to enhance their flavor and richness.

  3. Air Fry: Place the brioche buns in an air fryer and cook at 380°F for 4 minutes. Once done, set them aside and allow them to cool.
